Dear Friends,

The month of March was a blessed month: we have been able to resume the sessions on the Study of the Quran under a new scheme and as of 17th March we began with a talk on the Courtesy of studying the Quran. On the 18th we began the study of Sura Fateha.

We had only reached three verses when our time was up and we had to announce the next dates. Since it was the introductory sessions, there were only two in March. As of April, we shall now have three sessions every month, Inshallah.

The dates of April are 14th, 15th and 16th 2008. All times are 9 pm to 10 pm.

To organize all these sessions on a more systematic basis we have decided to form a MUSLIM STUDY CENTRE, an initiative of the Teachers' Development Centre. Registration fees are Rs. 2000.00 (Rs. Two thousand) a year. Registration is open to all sincere members.

Venue:  Shah Jehan Auditorium, South City School 26th Street.... a little ahead of the Mazar towards Kh. Tauheed, Clifton. 

The good news is that thanks to well-wishers like Rafiq Tabani, Tanvir Abdullah, Dr. Nargis (and other members of my fan club!) all these sessions will be taped on CD/DVD and available to anyone who misses any session. Feel free to contact us at any time at out office numbers 4310217 and 4392949.

Wednesday April 16th Sura Baqarah: the first two Rukus vv. 1-20.
 

Registration is open to all sincere members.

Membership fees: Rs. 2000.00 (Rs. Two thousand) a year.

Members who miss any session will be able to hear a recording which will be available at the venue in each session.
