Teachers’ Development Centre, founded in 1997 is known for its consistent stand against meaningless practices in our classrooms. It is dedicated to the exploration of each student’s voice, and the teacher’s voice as that of an intellectual in society.

TDC’s efforts have also been seriously grounded in the historical and cultural realities of urban Pakistan. And the pandemic has offered a once in a lifetime chance to disrupt an outmoded, unjust system. The three Cs [ connect cooperate collaborate] indicate the new paradigm in education. TDC offers cutting edge solutions for the best ways of serving children by presenting alternative strategies for pedagogy, and effective teacher professionalism.

All recommendations by TDC at policy, practice and procedure levels are anchored in a deep faith in the resilience of the human spirit and its unmatched moral capacity to shape a fulfilling future for all.
